By participating in the 3 month program you agree to: Pay a participation fee of $30 per month for a total of $90 for August, September, and October. Provide 3 Gift Cards with a minimum $10 value for the grand prize for August, September, and October, provide 1- $20 gift card or merchandise for the explorer prize, and give $10 per month toward the employee prize (if applicable) by August 1st. The provided passport stand and signage must be in a visible location within my business. I will have staff available to stamp passports during business hours throughout the month. I agree to allow my business to be listed in the Shop Local Passport and agree to promote the program through my own channels.I understand that no purchase is necessary to receive a passport stamp and agree to adhere to this policy.I understand that the Carlinville Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to remove my business from the program for non-compliance. I will have my payment and deliverables ready for pick up by August 1st.
